Poster Presentations
Instructions
The poster session is schedule from 04:00 p.m. through 06:30 p.m. on Monday, July 21. A schedule showing the time and location for your poster presentation will be available at the conference registration desk when you arrive. We expect that you will be attending your poster during your scheduled time (or will arrange for someone else to be there in your place). Please follow the guidelines below for the preparation your poster:
- You will provide a poster board space measuring 130cm (hide) x 90cm (wide).
- Legibility: the poster should be readable from a distance of 2m. Text and figure lettering height should be no less than 1cm.
- Heading and Titles: You should supply a header label that includes the poster title, author’s name(s) and address of primary author. The recommended height for title lettering is 3cm. The maximum heading size is 20x122cm. All figures and tables should be titled. The sizes, format and number of pieces to include are left to your discretion.
When you arrive:
- Display: your poster must be on display by 08:00 a.m. on the day of poster session. Poster Session will be held in the Foyer. Your poster will be assigned a number; please, check the list on display at the poster area and number assignment. Mount your poster on the board labeled with that number.
- Removal: Please, follow directions at the meeting regarding removal all posters. Posters not removed by Wednesday, July 23 at noon will be discarded.
